Where we ship
Veleryn Shop ships to addresses within the United States only, including Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Checkout will not accept an address outside the US.
This is deliberate. Rules on importing dietary supplements differ from country to country, and a parcel held or destroyed at a foreign border is a cost and a disappointment we would rather nobody carried. We do not ship to freight forwarders for onward international delivery.

Who carries your parcel
Every order ships with UPS. No other carrier is used, for any order, at any speed. That is worth stating plainly because it decides three things that matter to you: where your parcel can be delivered, what the tracking number looks like, and which days count towards a delivery estimate.
- Your tracking number is a UPS tracking number and can be entered directly on ups.com.
- Every delivery estimate on this site is in UPS business days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days and do not count.
- Saturday delivery is not included on any service we use, so a parcel that would otherwise land on a Saturday arrives the following Monday.
- On a cash on delivery order, the UPS driver collects the payment at the door.
Which UPS service you get
You choose the service at checkout and pay that service’s rate. In practice almost every order goes UPS Ground, with UPS 3 Day Select the usual pick for a long cross-country route. The two air services are there if you genuinely need them, priced at what they cost to send rather than subsidised.

Prices are per order, not per item, and cover the whole parcel however many items are in it. The free shipping threshold applies to UPS Groundonly. An air parcel costs the same to send whether the order is $75.00 or ten times that, so waiving the charge on a large order would simply mean losing money on it.
Transit time is counted from the day UPS collects the parcel, not from the day you place the order. Add the 1 to 2 business days of handling to get the full picture. If you need something to arrive by a specific date, write in before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Addresses UPS cannot deliver to
Because everything ships with UPS, some addresses simply cannot be served. UPS does not deliver the services listed above to:
- PO Boxes
- APO, FPO and DPO addresses
If you enter one of these, the order will be held rather than shipped, and you will get an email asking for a street address UPS can reach. A residential address, a workplace, or anywhere a person can sign for a parcel all work.
Please tell us at checkout, in the order notes, if the delivery point has a gate code, a reception desk, or anything else a driver would need to know.
Cost
- $6.95 for UPS Ground to any US address, whatever the order contains.
- Free UPS Ground on orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more, before any applicable sales tax.
- Faster services are charged at the rates in the table above, on every order.
The shipping charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you place the order, and it updates as soon as you change the delivery speed. There are no handling fees, packaging fees or surcharges added afterwards.
Sales tax, where it applies to your state, is calculated after the order is placed and confirmed to you in writing before any money changes hands.
Handling and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
- On cash on delivery, that clock starts as soon as you place the order.
- On a direct bank transfer, it starts when the funds land, since the parcel is packed against a cleared payment.
Once dispatched, typical transit is 3 to 6 business days depending on distance. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico usually sit at the longer end of that range.
These are UPS business-day estimates, not guarantees. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days and do not count towards them.
Tracking
A UPS tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed over, and it also appears on your order page. You can look an order up at any time on the order status page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is issued. That is normal and does not mean the parcel has not been collected.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for the address you enter. Please check the apartment or unit number in particular. It is the single most common cause of a failed delivery.
If you spot a mistake, reply to your order confirmation with the correction and quote your order number. Any change before dispatch is free. Once a tracking number exists, the address is fixed with UPS and cannot be changed from our end.
Delays outside our control
Once a parcel is with UPS, its progress is out of our hands. Weather, network backlogs, sorting errors, holiday volume and incorrect addresses can all add days. Veleryn Shop is not liable for delays of that kind, but we will always help you chase them. Email us and we will open a trace with UPS on your behalf.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
- Damaged in transit. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the outer box and the items. You will be sent a replacement or a full refund. You are not asked to return a damaged consumable.
- Tracking says delivered, nothing arrived. Check with neighbours and around the property first, then email us. Carriers occasionally mark a parcel delivered a day early. If it has not appeared after 3 business days, we will file a claim and replace or refund the order.
- No tracking movement for 7 days. Email us and we will open a trace. A parcel confirmed lost is replaced or refunded in full.
Undeliverable and refused parcels
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, because it went unclaimed, or because delivery was refused, you will be offered a refund of the order value minus the original shipping cost, or a reshipment at the standard $6.95 rate.
On a cash on delivery order nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund. But refused and uncollected COD parcels cost real money in UPS fees, so repeated refusals may mean future orders to that address are accepted on bank transfer only.
Returned parcels are inspected on arrival. Because these are consumables, anything that reaches us opened or with a broken seal cannot be resold and cannot be refunded.
How supplements are packed
Every item ships in the manufacturer’s own sealed retail packaging. Nothing is decanted, repackaged or relabelled. Orders are packed in plain, unbranded outer boxes or mailers with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Powders and gummies travel well but do not enjoy a hot mailbox. If you are ordering in summer to a location where parcels sit in direct sun, a delivery point that gets brought inside promptly is worth choosing.
