The FDA statement
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That statement is required by the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 and it applies to every product on this site without exception. It is not fine print and it is not a formality. It means the Food and Drug Administration has not reviewed or approved any claim made about these products.
These are supplements, not medicines
In the United States, dietary supplements are regulated as a category of food, not as drugs. They do not go through the pre-market approval process that medicines do. Manufacturers are responsible for the safety and labelling of their own products.
Nothing sold here is a prescription product, an over-the-counter medicine, or a substitute for either. If you are looking for something to treat a condition, a supplement is not it, and no one at Veleryn Shop will pretend otherwise.
Supplements are intended to supplement a diet. They do not replace varied food, sleep, movement, or medical care.

Product descriptions, category names, the FAQ and every other page on this site are general information about what a product is. None of it is medical, nutritional or professional advice, and none of it is tailored to you.
Using this site does not create a relationship of practitioner and patient. Veleryn Shop cannot tell you whether a product suits you, what to take, how much, or whether it is safe alongside something else you take. Those questions need someone who knows your history, and that is not us.
Who should speak to a professional first
Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement if you:
- Are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or nursing.
- Are under 18 years old.
- Take any prescription or over-the-counter medication.
- Have a diagnosed health condition, including kidney, liver, heart, thyroid or digestive conditions.
- Have a history of allergies or food intolerances.
- Are scheduled for surgery within the next two weeks.
- Are already taking other supplements, so doses do not stack unnoticed.
Supplements can interact with medication. Minerals and protein loads in particular can matter to people with kidney conditions, and some ingredients affect how medicines are absorbed. It is a short conversation and worth having.
Allergens and ingredients
The full ingredient list, allergen declaration and nutrition panel are printed by the manufacturer on the product itself. Read the label before you use it. The label always takes precedence over anything written on this site.
Manufacturers reformulate without notice, and packs from different production runs can differ. If you have an allergy, check the pack that arrived rather than relying on a description, and stop use if the formulation has changed.
Some products are made in facilities that also handle common allergens. Where that is declared, it is declared on the pack.
Dosage and directions
Follow the directions and serving size printed on the pack. Do not exceed the stated serving. More is not better, and with fat-soluble vitamins and minerals it can be actively worse.
Keep all supplements out of the reach of children. Store as directed on the pack. Do not use a product after its expiry date, or if the safety seal is broken or missing when it reaches you. Contact us instead.
Adverse reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction, stop taking the product immediately and seek medical attention. In an emergency call 911 or your local emergency number.
Serious adverse events involving a dietary supplement can be reported to the FDA through the MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch, and should also be reported to the manufacturer. Please tell us too, so the batch can be checked and other customers warned if needed.
Athletes and drug testing
If you compete under an anti-doping code, you are responsible for what you take. Certification schemes such as NSF Certified for Sport and Informed Sport test specific products and batches, and where a manufacturer holds such a certification it is stated on their own packaging and website.
Veleryn Shop does not test products and does not certify them. Verify certification against the certifier’s own database for the exact product and batch you have, not against a description on a retail site, including this one.

Responsibility for formulation, manufacture, quality control and labelling rests with the manufacturer.
No reviews or ratings
This site carries no customer reviews, star ratings or testimonials. A new store does not have a credible body of them, and inventing them is both dishonest and, under FTC rules on endorsements and fake reviews, unlawful.
If genuine reviews are added in future they will be clearly marked as customer-written and will not be filtered to hide negative ones.
Reporting a problem
If a product reaches you damaged, with a broken seal, past its expiry date, or looking wrong in any way, do not use it. Contact us with your order number and photographs and it will be replaced or refunded in full. See the returns policy, or write in through the contact page.
