For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use, not for food use, and not for any household purpose. These compounds are not dietary supplements, are not drugs, and are not approved by the Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease.
Every compound in the research collection is a laboratory reagent. It is not a medicine, not a dietary supplement, not a cosmetic and not a food. It is not sterile, not prepared for injection, and not manufactured to any pharmaceutical standard.
Nothing anywhere on this site states or implies what any of these compounds does in a human or animal body, because no such statement could be made lawfully or honestly. If you are looking for that information, you are looking in the wrong place, and we will not supply it if asked.
Who may buy
Placing an order for anything in the research collection is your confirmation of each of the following. These are conditions of sale, not preferences.
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are acquiring these materials for legitimate laboratory or in-vitro research.
- You are qualified, or working under someone qualified, to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will not administer these materials to yourself, to another person, or to an animal.
- You will not resell or supply these materials for human or veterinary use.
- You accept full responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal once delivered.
If any of these is untrue at the time you order, we are not able to sell to you, and the order will be cancelled and refunded in full rather than shipped.
What we do not provide
- No dosing, protocol, cycle or administration guidance, in any channel, for any reason.
- No claim about what any compound does in a human or animal body.
- No medical, clinical or veterinary advice.
- No sterile, injectable or pharmaceutical-grade preparation. These are reagents.
- No supply to anyone who states an intent to use these materials on a person or animal.
Questions about handling, storage, packaging, batch analysis or delivery are welcome at help@velerynshop.com. Questions about use in a person or an animal will not be answered, and an order accompanied by one will be cancelled.
Certificates of analysis
Each batch is sent to an independent laboratory before it is offered, and the report for the batch you receive is published in full on its product page rather than summarised. A certificate describes the sample the laboratory was sent, on the date shown. It is evidence about a batch, not a guarantee about a vial, and it says nothing about whether a compound is safe or fit for any purpose.
A certificate is evidence about the batch that was sampled, on the date printed on it. It is not a warranty of fitness for any purpose, it is not a safety assessment, and it does not survive the vial being opened, reconstituted, decanted or stored outside the conditions given on the product page.
Where a report does not measure something, the product page says so rather than borrowing a figure from anywhere else, including our own packaging artwork.
Compounds approved elsewhere
Some compounds sold here exist in approved prescription form under other names and other manufacturers. What is supplied on this page is a laboratory reagent and is not that medicine, is not equivalent to it, and must not be used in its place.
Sharing a name or a structure with an approved medicine does not make a reagent that medicine. It has not been through that product’s manufacturing, testing, labelling or regulatory process, and it must never be used as a substitute for one.
Ordering, shipping and returns
Research compounds ship within the United States only, by UPS, on the same delivery options and rates as the rest of the site. The shipping policy applies in full.
Because these are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials whose integrity cannot be confirmed once they have left our control, research compounds cannot be returned and are excluded from the ordinary 30 day returns window in the returns policy.
That exclusion does not touch your rights where something has gone wrong on our side. A vial that arrives broken, a seal that arrives compromised, a batch that does not match its published certificate, or an item that is simply not what you ordered, is replaced or refunded in full. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph where the problem is visible.
Your responsibility once delivered
Once a shipment reaches the address you gave, responsibility for it is yours: for safe handling, for storage at the stated conditions, for the competence of anyone who handles it, for compliance with every law and institutional rule that applies where you are, and for lawful disposal.
You agree not to resell, transfer or supply these materials to anyone for human or veterinary use, and to pass these same terms on to anyone you do lawfully transfer them to.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Veleryn Shop accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of these materials, and none at all for any use outside laboratory research. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Refusing and cancelling orders
We may refuse or cancel any research order, before or after payment, without giving a reason. An order that is cancelled is refunded in full to the account the payment came from.
Orders are refused where, among other things:
- Anything said to us suggests an intended use in a person or an animal.
- The buyer appears to be under 21.
- Shipping to the address given would breach any law that applies to it.
- The order looks intended for resale into consumer use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. They sit alongside the terms of service, privacy policy and disclaimer, and override any of them in respect of the research collection.
